Jin Shin Jyutsu
Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient, innate healing art that balances the energy flow in the body through gentle touch at specific energy points, known as Safety Energy Locks (SEL). This practice helps to restore balance and harmony in our life force energy, also known as Ki, Qi, or Chi.

A Typical Jin Shin Jyutsu Session
A typical Jin Shin Jyutsu session lasts about one hour. The receiver remains fully clothed and lies face-up on a cushioned massage table. After "listening" to the pulses in the wrists, a practitioner employs a hands-on harmonizing sequence, or "flow."
This involves a series of hand placement combinations on specific areas of the body called “Safety Energy Locks,” which stimulate the circulation and flow of energy.
There are no needles, deep pressure, rubbing, or massaging involved. The Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu involves only a gentle touch on the body. Using the hands as "jumper cables" to adjust the "battery of life," practitioners help reduce stress, boost immunity, and enhance overall well-being.
